Kenston Forest’s eight-man football team improved to 3-4 Saturday with a 52-14 home thumbing of visiting Broadwater Academy.
Freshman Connor Parker ran for three TDs and finished with 87 yards rushing. Senior Zain Queen ran 11 times for 114 yards and a touchdown.
Junior QB Devin Dunn completed 7-of-21 passes for 114 yards and two TDs.
Queen caught one of those TD passes. Senior Dayton Williams led Kavalier receivers with three receptions for 75 yards and a TD and also returned a punt for another score. Sophomore Graham Sledd caught two passes for 36 yards.
Senior LB Nathan Daniel led Kenston’s defense with 10 tackles and a fumble recovery. Junior Ransom Clark made nine stops and also returned a kick-off for a TD. Senior Alex Herring made seven tackles and two QB sacks.
Sophomore Cale Boyd recovered a Vikings fumble and returned it 31 yards for a Kavalier score.
